Working one on one with clients, I listen to their goals and set realistic plans for moving forward. No lawyer can responsibly or reliably promise results to clients, but I offer my clients the personal service and dedication that is needed to work toward a favorable resolution:

• Accessible: Many of my older clients are home-bound, or have limited mobility. When it is appropriate, I visit clients in their home in order to review legal documents with them.
• Caring: Being selective about my clientele allows me to provide individualized attention to each person's matter. I am committed to providing personal attention to everyone who contacts me, rather than pushing people off on a secretary or paralegal. When selecting an attorney, be careful that you understand whether your money is being placed in trust or used as a fee-earned retainer.
• Driven: I work with diligence and sincerity for my clients. I do not spend time pursuing unrealistic goals or on unnecessary work to increase fees. My clients appreciate the perspective gained through my years of experience, including my aggressive approach to pursuing just results outside of the courtroom when possible, sparing clients the time, expense and stress of litigation.
